This website is operated by Sree Lakshmi Kalamkari Works ("we", "us", "our"), a wholesale and retail trader of Kalamkari textiles based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. By visiting our site, placing an order or sending us a wholesale enquiry, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Products

Our sarees, fabric, dupattas, kurtis and home textiles are hand block printed or hand screen printed in Pedana, Andhra Pradesh, on cotton, Mul Mul, Khadi and silk. Small variations in print, colour and alignment are a natural part of the craft and are not defects. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the piece in hand depending on your display.

2. Prices and taxes

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Prices may change without notice, but the price shown at the time you place an order is the price you pay. International customers are responsible for any customs duty or import tax charged in their country.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed only when payment is received and you get our confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, wrongly priced or cannot be shipped to your address; in that case we refund the full amount. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer for retail orders.

4. Wholesale and bulk orders

Wholesale pricing applies from six pieces and is quoted on request through our Bulk Orders page or WhatsApp. Wholesale quotes are valid for seven days. Bulk orders are confirmed on advance payment and are supplied against a single invoice. Assortments, custom packaging and delivery timelines agreed for a bulk order are set out in that quote and take precedence over the standard shipping timelines on this site.

5. Shipping

Orders are dispatched from Hyderabad within 24 to 48 hours of payment on working days. Delivery times and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, strikes or customs.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns and exchanges are accepted for damaged, defective or wrong items reported within seven days of delivery, as described in our Refund Policy. Fabric cut to length, sale items and bulk orders are not returnable unless defective.

7. Product care

Hand printed textiles need gentle care. Dry clean or hand wash separately in cold water with mild detergent, do not soak or bleach, and dry in shade. Damage caused by not following these instructions is not covered by our return policy.

8. Content and intellectual property

Product photographs, descriptions and designs on this site belong to Sree Lakshmi Kalamkari Works or our artisan partners. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written permission. Retailers who buy from us may use our product images to sell the pieces they have purchased.

9. Accuracy of information

We try to keep every listing accurate, including the product code, material, motif and border details. If you find an error, please tell us and we will correct it. We are not liable for typographical errors.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
